Small Family or just a couple, No Problem. We have your solution our neat 2015 Shadow Cruiser S225RBS. This unit sleeps 2 people and a couple of small kids, or grandkids.  ↵We are also a pet friendly renter, but only maximum 2 small dogs under 20 lbs. Pet information to be declared before approval of the rental. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100.00 Enjoy a large central living area with a slide out u-shaped dinette (converts into a bed), a large Master Bedroom area (Queen Size walk around Bed), and a fully equipped bathroom at the rear.   Main Living has TV and Bluetooth Stereo (CD/DVD, SD and USB).  Unit also has vented A/C and Heat, to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature is!!! Very spacious kitchen area with plenty of counter space. Kitchen has utensils, kuerig coffee, toaster and four sets of plates.  This unit is also equipped with a Power Awning, LED Outdoor Lighting.     You must have a 2” hitch receiver Class 3, and your vehicle must be rated to pull 5000 lbs =================================================================================================== NO SMOKING Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 penalty LATE RETURN Trailer NOT returned by 12PM noon (unless pre-arranged) will be subject to a $100 penalty each day CLEANING (DIRTY TRAILER) Trailer (inside and out) must be returned in a clean condition Failure to comply $200 penalty PET CLEANING If trailer is returned with pet odors, hair and waste and not declared at time of rental will be $100 penalty SEWAGE/WASTE Trailer will be returned with Black & Gray waste water tanks flushed empty, if not $200 penalty EMPTY PROPANE TANKS:  2 x 30lb Trailer Tanks are shipped out FULL and must be returned FULL or $50/tank NOTE Renters may pre-purchase the add-on services, when booking rental. Penalties will NOT be applied in those cases.
