Kitchen table turns into a double bed. Master bedroom has short Queen size bed.<br><br>Preferred vehicle for towing: 3/4 ton or 1 ton, with break controller installed to ensure safe towing.<br><br>Delivery &amp; pick up of trailer available depending upon schedule of the owners, and location of camping. Please provide advance notice if you require us to deliver and pick up the trailer to your camping location. $100.00 fee for pick up/delivery.<br><br>Features of the trailer:</div><ul><li><!--block-->A/C and heater with 30 amp power source</li><li><!--block-->Full bathroom with shower and small tub (ideal for bathing small children)</li><li><!--block-->Fridge and freezer combo inside, and bar style fridge outdoors.</li><li><!--block-->Gas stove, oven, and small microwave.</li><li><!--block-->Outside BBQ</li><li><!--block-->Small outside counter top with sink and faucet.</li><li><!--block-->Runs on propane for cooking, BBQ, water heater.
