Rain, shine, hot or cold this charming trailer has you covered. Full AC and propane heater, with one full 20 lbs exterior propane tank. Two burner stove top and microwave/exhaust-fan unit. Equipped with a fridge that works on both propane and electric. A roof mounted HD Free to Air antenna with an 24" HD television included. Factory installed digital AM/FM stereo with interior and exterior speakers and exterior lighting and electrical outlets to plug in your toys. All covered by an 8' x 8' automatic switch awning. Don't worry about storage, a very large closet (not found in trailers this size) that will fit outdoor ware like, jackets, boots and other large items, plus personal side closets and a huge under the bed storage area.In addition, everything else you need to make your dream glamping experience as comfortable as possible - Full set of cookware, dishes, utensils, kettle, toaster, small BBQ with brush and two canisters of propane, two camping chairs and two 4' folding tables to set up on the 8' x 10' outdoor carpet. All you need is bedding and food!If you don't have a tow vehicle and would still like to enjoy the glamping experience, we can make it simple for you. All water and holding tanks must be emptied and cleaned prior to return.This trailer was designed on a single axle to be towed by medium sized cars, crossovers, SUV's and trucks.Keeping safety in mind, this trailer is equipped with weight distribution and sway control bars.  All you require is a tow vehicle that can safely tow 3,500 lbs and is equipped with a 7 pin trailer plug and a 2" ball hitch assembly.Trailer dry weight with propane: 2929 lbs or 1329 kg.Trailer weight cargo should not exceed: 570 lbs or 260 kg.Total trailer weight with cargo should not exceed: 3500 lbs or 1585 kg.I found this Youtube video that gives an excellent walk through for this model. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SmT_K6M0Ks
