Fleetwood - Terra 35K

August 13, 2018. Harvey the RV is available... he is currently in the Orillia area. (He attended Boots and Hearts in Oro-Medonte as the added picture will attest.) We have a Fleetwood Terra 35K, purchased new in 2015, with furnace, water heater, two bathrooms,one with shower, outside shower, three burner stove with oven, Microwave with Convection Oven, LR Television, BR Television, Interior and Exterior radio/CD, fridge and many small luxuries and conveniences. A DVD Player is included. A powered TV antenna provides clear reception for stations within 30-100 KM depending on terrain Although the RV can sleep eight people it is most comfortable for two to four with one of the beds suitable only for children. There is a drop down double bed with air mattress over the front section. There is a full washroom with shower off the Master bedroom, and a partial bathroom mid-coach. Safety and driving ease features include Cruise Control, wide angle rear-view side mirrors, side turn cameras, backup camera and Garmin 760 RV GPS with. The GPS will provide assistance on routing to avoid low-clearance issues and unpaved roads. A Tire Pressure Monitoring system is installed (Tire Minder TPM). We also include two low power FRS Radios to assist in maneuvering during parking or for vehicle to vehicle contact. For ease of use and setup the coach has automatic leveler jacks, and we also include pads for the levelers so that the jacks do not get stuck and for providing extra leveling range. There is also an outside mat and step included for ease of access and assisting in maintaining a clean coach. You will also find a 9X12' mat (for use where permitted) and two lawn chairs included so that you can enjoy evenings relaxing outside the coach. An outdoor shower allows you to clean off outside the coach after swimming. The home base is on the North Shore of Lake Huron (Elliot Lake) which allows you to pick it up without the expense of driving it from the GTA. From Barrie or Orillia allow six hours of driving. From Toronto allow a full eight hours with a lunch stop.We are near many Provincial Parks including Chutes in Massey, Mississagi north of Elliot Lake, and several along Lake Superior. Several private parks are also available including Elliot Lake, Serpent River, Lake Lauzon and Brennan Harbour. We ask that you respond to messaging requests so that we can configure the motor home for your individual needs and tastes, it also allows us to estimate the amount of time we need to walk you through the features, setups and adjustments.. We have many small extras which can be added, like the bike rack for two bikes, to make your vacation more pleasant.  (Garmin 760 RV GPS unit (Included always**), Barbecue, and tools, extra bedding,  folding chairs, step stools,  outdoor mats, movie DVD's, satellite radio for longer terms, Power extension cords etc.  We also have various map books, games, nature and travel books. Propane: There is an Extend-A-Stay kit added so that you may use outboard Propane tanks as it can be difficult to find Vehicle propane at times. The stove and furnace operate on Propane. The fridge runs on Propane or can operate on 12V DC.The RV requires a 30 AMP 110 Volt hookup for best performance. We do use it on on 110 Volt 15 AMP and have the adapter on-board. However, with 15 AMP hookup you can only use one air-conditioner. A 30 Amp extension cord is provided. Also included are water hoses and sewer hookups to make the stay easier. We normally even include a movie DVD or two. Various board games have been left on-board. This is our personal motor home. We expect the RV to be returned in as good condition as when you started out. We have a Garmin RV 760 GPS which can identify most hazards (Low Bridges etc.) and can find RV service and campgrounds. We can deliver to nearby campgrounds and assist with setting up for your first night. We WILL show you how to operate the various features, feel free to record with camera or phone and do your own inspections before heading out.
