Great Camper, very well Maintained.

This is our family travel trailer, it is 25 feet inside, 28 feet total length. It has one slide out that has the dining room table that folds down into a bed, also the sofa that folds out into a full twin bed. The front bedroom has a full-size queen. The back bathroom has a porcelain toilet and a tub shower combo. Has an outdoor kitchen, and shower. There is built in stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers, that connect to the 32" TV or blue tooth to your phone. There is also a power awning that is nicely lit with a built-in led light string. Our camper is set up with linen and sleeping bags, towels etc. Fully ready to go with the kitchen all set up with all cookware and dishes. We will also provide you a cooler for the extra little things that do not fit in the large fridge and freezer. We will also make sure there are some camp chairs for chilling near the fire. All you need to do is hook up and ready to go. We will make sure both propane tanks are full for your trip, also both tanks are empty and ready to go. (There is a free sani-dump not far from our home, therefore we ask that you empty the tanks.) Also please return with propane full. We have a zero tolerance on smoking or vaping inside our camper. Please be respectful of this. If we find evidence that either occured inside, the security deposit is forfeited to cover the cost of professional cleaning. No exceptions. Thank you. This unit comes in empty at 5500lbs, and full up weight is 7557lbs, with water. We have a proper weight distribution hitch. Our camper requires proper round electrical attachment for the truck with trailer breaks. Also, a truck rated for our camper. We want you to be safe and have an enjoyable vacation with our camper.
