This was our family RV and have recently upgraded to a new unit and decided to rent this trailer out for all to enjoy. ↵This trailer is located in the heart of cottage country on the shores of Lake Simcoe.  We are just 30 min from Rama, 45 min to Muskoka, 15 min to Kawartha Lakes. Why not pick up here and avoid the stress of towing down Hwy 400. Trailer sleeps 8 comfortably with one queen bed at the front, 2 queen beds at the rear and a U shaped king size dinette.  This trailer is fully equipped with all upgrades and everything you need for an awesome camping adventure. Just show up with your personal items and you are ready to go...we do all the work. Minimum 3 night rentals during peak season.  Great for Boots and Hearts/Havelock. But sorry must use our delivery and pickup service. Please add $120 cleaning fee for these events.Trailer always includes:-Toilet paper (4 rolls)-Paper towels-Place setting for 6-Pots and pans-Dish soap, dish cloths and tea towels-Hand soap-Bath Towels-Coffee pot, toaster, kettle-BBQ, outdoor stove, and table for your outdoor cooking needs.-Basic fishing gear (2 poles)-Beach toys-Outdoor carpet and camp chairs for sitting out under the awning-Hot dog, marshmallow roasters Please ask about adding a canoe to your rental for only $100 per weekend. This includes safety kit and paddles. Life vests available upon request.
