G'Day from the Ottawa Valley! This travel trailer has been well kept and enjoyed by our family of 5. Before we purchased the trailer, we viewed several models and this 31-foot dual-slide bunkhouse model stood out as a perfect family retreat due its spacious and usable interior and the storage it provides. The front queen bedroom with side and overhead storage can be accessed from either side of the entertainment center and has sliding doors to provide a bit of peace and quiet if desired. The living room features a pull out leather couch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a book or movie on a rainy day. The dining table fits 4 and folds down to a bed if desired. The kitchen features a double sink, gas oven, gas range, microwave and electric/propane spacious fridge and freezer. The bathroom includes toilet, sink and tub/shower combo. Are you tall like me? You'll be glad they placed a ceiling vent with exhaust fan above the shower to give you that extra head room! No neighbors? Use the outdoor shower instead! The bunkhouse features three single beds, one of which doubles as a couch for those rainy video-game days, or can flip out to cram as many kids on it as you can! Sit outside under the electric awning on the included large RV patio mat. Toward the back of the trailer you'll love the outdoor kitchen complete with sink, fridge (electric only), dual-burner cooktop and BBQ. ---------- This trailer rental includes: • RV toilet paper, folding drying rack, paper towel, all purpose cleaner and garbage bags • Interior/exterior radio, aux connection, digital TV antenna, DVD player, 32" TV • Ducted A/C to keep you cool throughout the trailer on hot summer days (30 amp required), and in-floor vented 30,000BTU furnace and thermal insulation package to keep you toasty warm on crisp fall evenings • Toaster, dish soap, dish cloths/towels, all pots/pans, dishes and utensils • First aid kit and fire extinguisher • A variety of card and board games • Camp chairs (2 big comfy campfire chairs, 2 rigid folding chairs, 3 kids folding chairs) • Marshmallow/hot dog roasting sticks, BBQ utensils • Some beach toys, 2 beach chairs, sun umbrella, bocce ball and croquet set • 2 RV patio mats (1 large and 1 medium size) • 12'x12' screened dining tent with rain/wind/privacy curtains (we use the medium size RV mat under this) • 12' telescoping ladder if you need to clear any branches/leaves/debris off of slide-outs before pulling them in • Axe and hatchet for firewood • All required water and sewage hoses and fittings (separate clear boxes in pass-through storage, two 4" sewer hoses located inside of rear bumper) You just need to supply coffee maker, linens, pillows and shower/beach towels. ---------- Technical Details: • 31' model; however, overall trailer length is 35'8" • 7 pin trailer connection • Brake controller required in tow vehicle for electric brakes • Weight distribution hitch included (past experience with how this type of hitch works is required) • 2 x 20lbs propane tanks included (if you plan on using furnace or do not have an electric service on your site, please let me know so I can be sure both tanks are full) • 80W solar panel is included under the fold out bed to help keep the batteries charged if you do not have an electric service • 150L fresh water tank (let me know ahead of time if you require this to be filled) • 110L black and 110L gray tanks (please empty upon your departure, otherwise I can empty for an additional fee) ---------- Towing a trailer of this size and weight can be difficult for many people. If you have not towed a trailer this size before, I would prefer to deliver it for you. Please ensure that your vehicle is capable of towing this trailer. If you are unsure, please ask. When booking campsites, please ensure your site can accommodate a 32’ trailer and you are comfortable backing the trailer into place. If not, I don’t mind delivering/setting up/picking up at an additional fee. Regarding delivery fee, please contact me to arrange a fee that best suits your delivery distance. The rates identified are approximate only, but please keep in mind that "within 50km" would mean 200km of driving for myself ( $40 in fuel and about 4-5 hours of my time when factoring in delivery/setup/teardown/pickup. ---------- We are non-smokers and do not own pets. We kindly ask that there be no smoking or pets in the trailer out of respect of allergy concerns of our family and other renters.
