This cozy and comfortable newly renovated 10ft/3 metre long trailer sleeps 3 - the rear dinette table turns into a full size bed which sleeps two, the front sofa sleeps a single person. It has a 2 way fridge (electric and propane), a propane 2 burner stove top, a propane heater, and a battery, generator or electricity hook up for lights. The sink has a pump and power water taps. It has a 20lb propane tank, EM500 Honda Generator, front and rear stabilizer jacks, fire extinguisher and new tires. Kitchen wares are included- plates, glasses/coffee mugs, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fry pan and sauce pans. Bedding is NOT supplied unless requested in advance. The trailer weighs GVW 2000 lbs/910 kg weight. The towing vehicle needs a 7 prong plug to attach to the trailer plug for driving lights to work on the trailer, and, requires a 1 7/8ths ball hitch.
