Thought I would put together some information regarding what you can use in our trailers when your connected to shore power and city water and what you can use when your Boondocking (off the grid) If you are going to a campground with full hook ups, you can just plug in and enjoy everything, Hot water, Shower, Furnace, . Being able to plug any of your devices into any of the 110 v receptacles (phone, ipad, computer, etc...) Never have to worry about running out of power ;Boondocking: Now here it gets a little trickier . When you don’t have the advantage of plugging in, you are NOW running off the battery power.DC power. Will not be able to plug in any 110 v device, coffee pot, toaster, TV, phones, computers, etc...(Unless you have an inverter large enough to run your items) we have a 300 watt inverter available for smaller items and a 1500 watt inverter available for larger ones . You can run your lights, water pump, furnace, and any DC item. Depending on how many batteries the unit has you will get 1-4 days of power. Fridge will run off of propane . THEN you will need to charge the battery with a Solar Panel, generator or your vehicle. I keep my solar panel connected all the time to keep the battery topped up. Please don’t get stuck without power. I don’t want anyone disappointed with renting any of our trailers. IF you have any questions PLEASE phone me at 250-215-1145 before making your booking.
My family and I have fallen in love with camping, we purchased a 24’ travel trailer , and after spending a month in it with 2 small children and no real AC ,we decided to sell it and get a larger 26’ trailer with 14’ slide. We would love to be out in it every weekend BUT we have a small Urban farm with Chickens, large vegetable and herb garden , we just don’t have the time. So instead of having it sit there when we are not using it , we decided to let others enjoy camping with out all the big expenses of owning a trailer.

So being the entrepreneur I am , I figured I would add another lighter trailer for people with smaller vehicles to be able to tow. So now we also have a 16’ tent trailer weighing in at 1950 lb dry.

UPDATE:
It has been sooo busy that we have added a 3rd RV a 2001 Jayco tent trailer ONLY 1125 ILBS so towable by most vehicles.

All our rentals our managed through https://www.rvezy.com this way everyone is fully covered through insurance. If you have an question please feel free to send us a message anytime or phone/txt 250-215-1145

Jim and his wife were very informative. Jim took the time to help us with rewiring the connection of the trailer, due to disproportionate wiring of our truck. He was patient and was able to get us on the road and drop off inspection was done quickly. The couple was very friendly and allowed us use of their washroom and offered water which was much appreciated. We also were able to come to a mutual agreement of charges.

Jim & Tina were first class to deal and the rental of their tent trailer made our 10-day camping trip of the Kootenay’s & Rockies with our daughters even more enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend renting from them. Happy travels. Thx

Awesome unit and owner! Has lots of room and pulled well behind my sienna. I suggest renting it one more day than you need to ensure you aren’t push for time on the return day. Stress free experience!
