A very low mileage 22’ RV(40k) which has no expense spared on maintenance, used strictly as a family RV until now. Easily manuevred in parking lots. Sleeps 6 altogether, 2 above the cab, 2 in the back, and 2(less than 5’10”) on folded down dinette, the dinette option is best for kids since it’s just 6’ long. The motorhome is not huge, it’s 22’, so it will be tight quarters in larger groups. Comes with a galley kitchen including a gas stove with hood fan, sink, and microwave. In the bathroom there is a small shower with a small bathtub. Comes with a generator. Air con., and heating. The dash stereo has speakers throughout the motorhome.
