Deposits are non refundable after 2 weeks of rental and half deposit is returned if canceled more than 2 weeks of dates . Unit also comes with 2 full propane tanks for your trip . If become empty u are responsible for filling again . my normal drop off/setup/pickup fee is $1.10 km to site and back 1 time . dates / sites that are close/easy i give discounts on this delivery fee. thanks
