Dinette table can be used as a double bed. For families with little ones the bottom bunk mattress can be removed to easily accommodate a playpen. ↵Bed sheets will be included for the main bed and the bunks. Please bring your own pillows and blankets. Towels and washcloths included.Kitchen will have basic dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are included if camping with hook-ups. Everything we have packed is available for use. We have a couple camp chairs and tables. There is a pop-up canopy stored on board. And some games and toys are packed in the front storage. All we ask is everything be treated as your own, and inform us if anything gets damaged or broken.Dog friendly. Dogs must be approved before booking and require an additional damage deposit. Sorry, no cats because of owner allergies. **Any evidence of unauthorized pets in the trailer will put your deposit at risk.Pick up and drop off to be scheduled after 5pm during the week, and flexible on weekends. Delivery or pick up can be arranged after 5pm on weekdays, and almost anytime on the weekends. Delivery service will be quoted as needed.
