Coachman - Miranda

This motor home has all the amenities of home ready to go and very easy to drive.  This well maintained 2002 Miranda Coachman class A Motorhome sleeps 4-6.  Like having a hotel suite on wheels, perfect for families and couples alike, and offers all of the amenities you need to make your Camping adventures come true.  Powered by triton V10 engine for power around the mountains and a back up camera with audio.Sleeps 6 people with a walk around rear queen bed, jack knife sofa, and a 4 seat booth dinette that folds down. There are 9 Seat belts in total.Comes with all the amenities of home, gas stove top with three burners and hood vent, microwave, sink, air conditioning, fridge and freezer, bathroom and separate shower. Onan 4000 watt generator, TV with built in DVD player for rainy days.Pick up time is after 4PM and drop off is before 11 AM.  If you would like to select early pick up or late drop off as an option from the additional fees you can then pick up/drop off between 11 AM-4PM.  Failure to return the RV by the agreed upon time may result in a late retun charge.  If you want to have the RV earlier than 11AM or keep it later than 4PM you will need to rent it for the extra day(s).  Rental includes plates, bowls, cutlery, and camping chairs and camping carpet, outdoor BBQ, kitchen gear, coffee maker, and bluetooth speaker. This RV is located in Medicine Hat, for thoes traveling from a far, there is a shuttle service from Calgary International Airport to Medicine Hat twice a day.  There is also secured parking for your vehicle at the gated storage facility we keep our RV at.  SPECIAL NOTES: *proof of a roadside assistance will be required for every rental*you supply your own linens, pillows, and towels.  Sleeping bags work fine too.  I have 2 sleepings bags and bedding for the Queen bed if needed.  *Pets will be considered *absolutely NO SMOKING ALLLOWED IN THE UNIT please and thank you. A $250 nuisance administrative fee and cost of cleaning will be applied if this is not respected.  Smoking includes marijuana, tobacco, vaping etc.*you may choose to pay in advance for the convenience privilege of returning the unit without filling up gas and/or propane, or dumping the tanks.  Choose these options ahead of time otherwise further fees will be changed if you return the RV without doing these yourself.
