Family friendly unit with Jack and Jill bunks and an Rv sized tub/shower to wash the kids off in. We have a brand new pocket coil mattress with memory foam topper on the adult bed for comfort. The awning is in excellent condition and we even include camping gear if needed. IE chairs, axes etc. NO SMOKING This unit has many upgrades including new laminate flooring, plenty of hooks to hang stuff on, LED lighting upgraded inside and out, new dual deep cycle batteries, dual 30 pound propane tanks (propane included in rental costs) and Maxx air vent covers in the bathroom and bedroom. Owned by a mechanic, all servicing done regularly. We include all kitchen supplies, a tub of toys for the kids as well as chairs and camping matts to lay down outside. Please note if children will be present so we can leave the toys in for them. Please note: unit must be returned cleaned inside and out. If used on a gravel road, the trailer must be returned pressure washed and clean or else a $150 exterior cleaning charge will be billed. The interior must be returned clean or a $50 interior cleaning charge will not be returned. Please drain the holding tanks before returning or pre pay $25 and I’ll take care of them for you. Propane use is included. Note also I can tow this unit to your pre booked and paid for camping spot for the weekend or however long for a mileage charge. I’ll take care of all set up including filling the fresh water tank and dumping holding tanks at the end. Talk to me to discuss.
