Furnace, gas/electric stove, 3 burner oven, air conditioner, microwave, gas-electric hot water tank heater, fridge, indoor 3-piece bathroom, interior/exterior lights, and a leisure awning to take-in the beautiful scenery! Also features AM/FM stereo with inside and outdoor speakers. Dogs are great, no cats please - big dogs will be subject to cleaning fee should it be necessary upon check-out. Cleaning fee automatically applied if the Rent-n-Go package is utilized. Rent-n-Go package includes general toiletries for (2) people, linens, extra propane bottle, camping chairs, kitchen utensils, and portable BBQ. The wheel bearings are packed and/or replaced every year with consistent service throughout (we won't leave you stranded)! Tires and treads are in great shape and the water tanks are treated. Set-up and tow available, trailer ball and hitch, supplies, linens all available upon request for an additional fee. All damage deposits are taken at time of rental. What are you waiting for?
