Walk out of your house into this fully loaded RV - Home away from home! It is fully loaded with BBQ, outdoor carpet, Chairs, Blue-Ray DVD, TV, coffee maker, and much more. This unit is not to be used for (DRY CAMPING) .Bike rack is supplied but will not be responsible for damage to what ever you carry on that rack.The Gas and Propane have to be filled up upon return by the Renter.The pick up time is 12:00 noon and drop off time is 12:00 noon , unless arrange by owner is okay with a time change, if not there will be a late fee.This RV is designed for FULL HOOKUPS We will not be Renting in the near future to people that do not arrange for camping sites. Empty the sewer is the renters job.

This renter was very nice to deal with and very open to questions and explaining anything about the RV. I had to call them about something I couldn't figure out and they were very available. I would rent their RV anytime again.
Al and Jo Ann are great! We rented their RV for 10 days to go around the mountains. The communication was excellent and fast. Al took time to explain all the RV features to us since it was our first time renting a RV. Their unit is big and comfortable. The day we picked up the unit was super clean and Al and Jo Ann explained to us all we need to know, we signed paperwork and got the road. We had no trouble or issues.
Hello. motorhome ran great and was very comfortable inside. Only issues was ; owner never told us pick up time before. Pick up time was 12 pm , we only found out around 11am when owner phoned us.
Owner gave us wrong information about filling water tank . It took us over 3 hrs to fix the problem.
Besides that everything was good.

Excellent people. Very easy to deal with, and the unit is absolutely impeccable. Everything went very well with no issues, until we were closing it up after returning and the door caught on the slide and caused minor damage to the wall. Owners were very easy to deal with on the repair. Highly recommend and will use them again.
