Fully equipped trailer that sleeps 7-9 people. A queen size bedroom with thicker mattress, memory foam topper and door for privacy. Lots of storage above bed as well as 2 closets on each side. The couch folds into a double size bed. U-shaped dining table, seats 5 comfortably, converts to a double bed. At the rear of the trailer there are three bunk beds, storage and a door for privacy. Full bathroom, with shower stall. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a portable island for additional counter space. Decent sized fridge and freezer, oven, microwave and 3 burner stove with overhead fan. Coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses and kitchen linens all included. There is an additional outdoor kitchen with stove top, mini fridge, storage and wine rack. Bed linens are not included, please bring your own pillows and towels. Camping chairs and beach chairs are also included. The trailer has central air conditioning, a 3 way furnace and two large propane tanks so you never need to worry about empty tanks! Flat screen TV with DVD player, inside and outside sound system, electric slide out and awning. If dry camping, there are upgraded battery capacity and 2 solar panels to provide additional battery power. Requires a full size pickup to tow. Fits on an XL site with or without sewer and electrical. Delivery to your campsite can be arranged. This is a Non Smoking unit. Pets under 25 lbs only.
