Lois Lee Monaco

Lois is a 1990 Monaco Executive on a Wide Body Coach. Lois has spent her years traveling primarily In the south eastern USA and has recently come west. In her day she was the top of the line as far as Motor-homes are concerned with every option one could hope for. Lois has a separate bedroom with a queen bed In the living area it has two fold out jack knife sofas in the living room, sleeping up to 6 in total. Lois can run on 50amp or 30amp shore power or her deep cycle batteries. She has dual AC system, Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Inverter, and a large 10 gallon hot water tank! Lois has new brakes, new belts and hoses and other mechanical parts to ensure she is very road worthy. She has a Detroit diesel motor and is extremely strong and gets better fuel economy then the gas motor homes her size. She is mechanically inspected in between every rental. Louis is NOT NEW! she has many features most other RV's can only dream of as she cost over 240k in 1990! However over the last 29 years she has developed some "personality". She is in amazing shape and we put a lot of effort into ensuring she ready to drive across the country at any moment. However, it is important to keep in mind that she is still 29 years old! Things to note: -Renters MUST have some sort of road side assistance - you can have your own, or purchase through RVezy -Renters must have their own third part liability insurance - your insurance on your own car should cover you driving another persons car. If you do not have this, then I can add you onto my policy at a small daily fee. -Renters must sign all the RVezy paperwork - This is just part of how this site works so we are covered by their insurance. -Renters are responsible for their own fuel - The diesel tank will be full when you take the RV so the tank will be full when she returns. Refill charge of $3L if the fuel is needed to be topped up. -Renters are responsible for their own propane - The propane tank will be full when you take the RV so the tank will be full when she returns. - Refill charge of $3L if the propane is needed to be topped up. -Renters must dump the tanks - The sewage and grey water tanks will need to be dumped upon her return. However, there is a dump site where she is stored. This means you can dump upon your return for a small fee. The cleaning fee is for the inside of the RV not for the sewage tanks. There is a place to dump where the RV lives, however there is a fee for use LIKE A HOTEL - CHECK IN IS 3pm & CHECK OUT IS 11am - Early pick up and late drop off can be pre-arranged. ADD ON A CAMP SITE - The Whiterock Hideaway We have a large gated property where you can enjoy privacy and our pool, fire pit, and out door furniture as well as electrical and water hook up for your RV rental. Your stay here can be combined with the rental! -No aggressive pets -No smoking -No Drug use -No alcohol if using the pool -Must sign all paperwork with rule and regulations Thank you for understanding these basic rules as it will make the process of lending out the RV safe and easy for everyone.
