There is no better way to visit Haida Gwaii, BC then in a VW Westfalia This bus won’t let you down, its been my pride and joy and my home now for 1 year. She recently has been totally restored from white to Avacato Green, and its better than ever. She’s totally ready for some adventure! The space * We supply a small AC 12v cooler that is connected to the solar panel, so its always on. * There is a solar panel with an aux battery on board so don’t worry about draining the battery on the van, it's separate. Run the lights, sound system, fridge, power your laptop, charge your phone, cameras we got your covered! * Pop-top tent with three windows - this area can sleep 2 people. * Bench seat that converts to a bed, which can sleep 2 people I have seen 3 children sleep here! Proceed at your own risk! * Full curtain set for privacy while sleeping, including snap in screens for warm nights. *The driver and passenger seats are captain's chairs that swivel around for hanging out in the van. * Premium sound system (because what's a road trip without great tunes?) * New tires for better handling and safety. * Plates, bowls, cups, and eating utensils for 4. Also thermal mugs for morning coffee, or late night hot chocolate *A full complement of cookware (cheese grater, garlic press, whisks, measuring cups, knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, and on and on) * Pots, pans: 12" skillet, small and large pots, and small kettle * An assortment of paper and disposable items (paper towels, ziploc bags, toilet paper). * Dishwashing soap, sponges, and two spray bottles for washing. * A great selection of spices & oil for cooking * Corkscrew and wine glasses * A French press coffee maker plus one pound of coffee. * thermos bottle, very convenient for keeping your coffee warm *Trash bags and recycling bags * Headlamps * Matches, fire starters and lighter * A multi-tool for whittling at the camp site and more, extra tools, hatchet etc.. * A propane stove for cooking outside the van if you prefer * Other miscellaneous camping surprises (First Aid Kit, whisk broom, atlas/map, etc.) * Complete Linen Package. Pillows, Rumpl Sleeping Blankets (or sleeing bags), sheets, towels. * Rooftop Storage, Great if you're traveling with a lot of stuff. * Tent for overflow storage or sleeping. We really try to think of everything you'll need and have it there for you. *Also as a bonus we have 2 Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboards. Please advice us first if you will use, we will need to show you how to use and where to use them. *There is also 2 bikes included with a bike rack installed on the van. Guest access You will be able to access the entire westy. You will be responsible to replace petrol and propane. Other things to note We will equip the westy with basic necessities, we can make special deliveries (if provided before booking). If you would like to drive the wesy outside of our limits you will need to provide your own insurance etc..
