Welcome to our home away from home, or officially referred to as "The Camp Queen"! We are a family of four who loves camping and exploring the outdoors! We would like to offer you a perfect family RV! This is a 26 foot Jayco Elite Travel trailer with beds to accommodate up to 10 people. Double bunk beds in the back with an enclosed queen bed in the front. Both the sofa and kitchen seating make into "double-sized" beds. The Camp Queen has one slide-out that makes it nice and roomy for those rainy board game days! The added feature of a large sky light also makes the space feel roomy! Also included: *Full bathroom *Full kitchen with microwave. *AC and furnace heat *LED strip lighting under awning for great visibility. *Tv/DVD player that swivels from living area to Queen bed. *Outdoor shower *BBQ (connects to the RV propane) *2x 30 lbs propane tanks *1 Large drinking water bottle and spout provided per trip (additional bottles upon request) *All required dishes ,utensils, silverware, pots and pans and glassware. *Basic Toiletries (tp, paper towel and hand soap) *cleaning supplies *family camping games, crib board, horseshoes, BIg Yahtzee *camp chairs *picnic table clothes There is absolutely no smoking inside The Camp Queen please! Our lovely trailer is not happy to travel along gravel roads with wash board. However we are a camping family who loves to explore and some of the places we go are on gravel roads. All we ask is that you communicate where it is you are headed so that we can make an informed decision! As the Add-on section indicates, we do offer set up and take down for a fee. However we ask that all of your garbage be discarded prior to pick up. If you are planning on picking up and dropping the trailer yourself, we will arrange times that coincide with your travel plans and campground check out times. Please be aware that you are required to spend 15-30 mins with us upon pick up to do an overview of our trailer!
