With two easy to fold-down queen beds, dining table and couch that convert to additional space, there is enough sleeping area for 6 people. ***Although it can technically sleep 7, it will sleep 5-6 comfortably*** Unit has 3 piece bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathroom sink w/vanity, A/C /furnace/stove with range hood/microwave/fridge with a freezer/CO2 monitor/satellite and cable connections/inside stereo/propane alarm/emergency exit/battery/awning/exterior floodlight/20lb propane tank. There are also two additional jacks under front-side bed for added stability. Very clean and in excellent condition. Located in Camrose, AB. Peak-Season (June 1-Sept 30) price is $80 CAD per night with 3 day discount of 10%, and weekly discount of 20%. Off-Season (Oct 1-May 31) $70 CAD per night, with same applicable discounts. Cancellation : Flexible. Minimum Nights: 2. NO smoking. Dogs are allowed, but must be cleaned up after. While it is easily towable with an SUV, you will need to provide your own stability bars if required. For safety reasons, please check your vehicle's manual for towable weight. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is equipped to tow this trailer. Towing vehicle required to be equipped with 2" towing ball, 7 pin connector and a brake control. What’s Included Our trailer comes equipped with 20lbs propane tank filled, folding camping chairs, dishes and utensils, pots and pans, roasting sticks, leveling block, small portable fan-heater combo, and some family games and cards. For your furry friend, we have small food/water dishes and a spiral stake and lead. Just take your bedding, clothes, personal items, and food to start your trip. Unlimited mileage. Available Add-Ons: • Mini propane bottles– $6/bottle • Firewood – $8/bag (available if no fire ban in effect) • 30w Solar Panel – $10/trip (one time charge no matter the duration) – good for remote power for laptops, satellite phones, cell phones, GPS units, etc • Coleman two burner camp stove - $10/trip • Coleman two burner camp grill - $10/trip • Bedding (if required) - $25/trip • Additional fold out table for setting up outside - $10/trip • Early pickup – $0 (based on availability) Tank Emptying - TANKS MUST BE DUMPED. Most camp grounds have dumping facilities on site, or nearby. Failure to dump the tanks will result in an additional charge of $50. Cleaning - Trailer should be returned clean, and please remove all trash before returning unit. We will take care of the cleaning upon return if it has not been cleaned or if you would rather not. Minimum charge $50 (based on 2 hr standard cleaning, $25/hr for additional hours if excessively dirty. • Pickup between 3:00 – 9:00 pm on first day of rental (please contact to schedule-both pick up/drop off times can be adjusted if necessary and possible.)
